Services: We offer a variety of photography services, including portraits of newborns, families, high school seniors, studio and on-location sessions, headshots, corporate imagery, food photography, pet photography, weddings, and branding. Location: Our business is located in Nett Lake, Minnesota, but we offer our services in other areas as well. Please contact us for more information.
Session Fees and Refunds: Session fees are due at the time of booking and are non-refundable unless otherwise specified by Iron Range Photography. Fees may be transferable at our discretion.
Model Release: We collect names, emails, and model release information so that we can use clients’ images to advertise our photography services. Clients may opt out of signing model release forms, but they must do so prior to the session (preferably when booking).
Copyright: All images displayed on our website are copyright by Melissa Goodsky and clients are not allowed to download or print images from the website without permission.
Sales Tax: We are required to collect Minnesota sales tax.
Newborn Sessions: We are able to photograph newborns at any age and are not limited to the first seven days after birth.
Liability: Iron Range Photography is not responsible for any damages or losses that may occur during a photography session or as a result of the use of our website.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising between you and Iron Range Photography will be resolved according to Minnesota law.
Governing Law: This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota.
