How many pictures will I get to choose from?
As many as possible. It all depends on the session length, and how many shots we took during our time together.
What's included with the session fee?
Your session fee includes the minimum amount of time agreed upon when booking. It does not include printed products or digital files. Those must be ordered separately.
What should we wear?
Depending on the type of session, we may have some styling guides on our blog to inspire you! If you seill need help, reach out to use and we’ll be happy to help style you.
How many outfit changes can we have?
As many as time will allow. Please note, clothing changes may eat away at the time we are able to spend shooting.
Can I include my pet?
We would love to include your pet in your photos!
How far in advance should I schedule?
It depends. Summertime is our busiest season by far. We recommend contacting us at least a month in advance.
How long will it take before we can order?
Our editing time generally takes up to two weeks, sometimes longer when it is our busy season. We will reach out to you and let you know if editing will take longer than planned.
How do we order our prints?
The day of your session, we’ll schedule a day and time to show you your images and allow you to place your print order.
If you are unable to meet with us again, we can meet virtually, or set up an online gallery for an additional fee.
What sort of products do you offer?
We have photographic prints, museum quality paper prints, press printed items such as cards, albums, mini books, metal prints, gallery wrapped canvases, and more.
Can we print our own pictures?
We have a selection of print and digital products available. We also include archival files in digital format for all sizes above 16×20. All files in digital format will include a print release which allows prints to be made.
How can we get reprints?
Yes, if your session took place within the past 12 months. We archive images up to 12 months.
Do we get the copyright?
We do not ever transfer copyright ownership. A print release is all that is required to make copies of your prints.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, please ask us for details when setting up your session.
Can we share our images on social media?
Yes, please ask us about our optimized social media package, which contains images that have been resized, sharpened, and optimized for social sharing.
